    Effective Date: July 1, 2026Last Updated: July 1, 2026
    Back to Legal Center

    This Surge Now, Pay Later™ Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to all fees, payments, services, and purchases associated with the Surge Now, Pay Later™ program (“Program”).

    RV Surge™ is operated by Local Lead Hub LLC. In this Refund Policy, “RV Surge,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Local Lead Hub LLC doing business as RV Surge. “Applicant,” “Participant,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or business applying for or participating in the Program.

    By accepting admission into the Program, submitting payment, authorizing recurring billing, or beginning onboarding, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

    1. All Payments Are Final

    All payments made in connection with Surge Now, Pay Later are final and nonrefundable.

    RV Surge does not provide full, partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds except where expressly required by applicable law.

    This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you:

    • Complete the onboarding process;
    • Attend live onboarding sessions;
    • Watch session recordings;
    • Complete the Mobile RV Business Launch Guide;
    • Complete the Personal 30-Day Business Launch Tracker;
    • Provide all requested information or materials;
    • Use every feature included with RV Surge Essentials;
    • Launch your business within the anticipated timeframe;
    • Receive leads, bookings, customers, revenue, or profits;
    • Remain active in the Program;
    • Cancel before completing the Program; or
    • Are removed from the Program for violating its terms.

    2. Application Submission

    There is no charge to submit an application unless expressly stated otherwise.

    Applicants should not submit the setup and onboarding payment until they have received approval or conditional approval from RV Surge.

    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    If an Applicant is not accepted and no Program payment was collected, no refund is due because no Program fee was paid.

    3. Setup and Onboarding Fee

    The one-time Surge Now, Pay Later setup and onboarding fee is:

    $500

    The $500 setup and onboarding fee is nonrefundable once paid.

    The fee reserves the Participant’s place in the Program and allows RV Surge to begin work that may include:

    • Account preparation;
    • Initial configuration;
    • Project planning;
    • Onboarding preparation;
    • Website or system setup;
    • Internal team assignments;
    • Resource allocation;
    • Training preparation;
    • Business and marketing launch planning; and
    • Other implementation work.

    The fee remains nonrefundable even if the Participant:

    • Changes their mind;
    • Decides not to start the business;
    • Delays the business launch;
    • Fails to activate or maintain required membership;
    • Does not provide requested materials;
    • Does not attend onboarding;
    • Does not complete assigned launch tasks;
    • Does not use the account;
    • Cancels before setup is complete;
    • Chooses another platform or provider;
    • Experiences personal, financial, employment, health, or scheduling changes; or
    • Is no longer eligible to participate.

    Payment of the setup fee does not guarantee acceptance if payment was submitted without authorization from RV Surge.

    4. Monthly Platform Fees

    Once the Surge Now, Pay Later platform-fee waiver ends, the Participant will be responsible for the regular RV Surge Essentials monthly platform fee identified in the Program Terms or enrollment agreement.

    Monthly platform fees are nonrefundable.

    RV Surge does not provide:

    • Prorated refunds for partial months;
    • Refunds for unused days;
    • Refunds for low account usage;
    • Refunds because the Participant did not log in;
    • Refunds because the Participant did not complete onboarding;
    • Refunds because the Participant did not obtain customers; or
    • Refunds because the Participant cancels after a monthly charge has been processed.

    Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only when completed according to the applicable cancellation terms. It does not reverse or refund charges that were already earned, authorized, submitted, or processed.

    5. Usage-Based Charges

    All usage-based charges are nonrefundable.

    Usage charges may include costs associated with:

    • Phone calls;
    • Phone numbers;
    • Text messages;
    • Email;
    • Email verification;
    • Harvey Voice;
    • Harvey Chat;
    • Artificial intelligence tools;
    • Workflow premium actions;
    • Communication services;
    • Third-party integrations; and
    • Other metered platform activity.

    Usage charges are based on actual activity or third-party provider billing.

    A Participant is responsible for usage generated through the account, including usage caused by authorized users, employees, contractors, automations, workflows, campaigns, artificial intelligence tools, or connected services.

    Unused usage credits, balances, or allowances have no cash value unless RV Surge expressly states otherwise in writing.

    6. Advertising and Marketing Expenses

    Advertising spend is nonrefundable.

    This includes money paid to or through platforms such as:

    • Google;
    • Meta;
    • Facebook;
    • Instagram;
    • YouTube;
    • LinkedIn; or
    • Other advertising providers.

    Once advertising funds have been spent, committed, or charged by an advertising platform, they cannot be refunded by RV Surge.

    Fees for optional managed marketing services are also nonrefundable once the applicable billing period or work has begun.

    RV Surge does not provide refunds because:

    • An advertisement did not produce the desired number of leads;
    • Leads did not become customers;
    • Advertising costs were higher than expected;
    • The Participant paused or ended a campaign;
    • The Participant changed services, pricing, offers, locations, or availability;
    • An advertising account was restricted or suspended by a third party; or
    • The Participant was dissatisfied with campaign performance.

    Paid advertising is optional and is not required to apply for or qualify for Surge Now, Pay Later.

    7. Custom Work and Optional Services

    Fees for optional services, custom work, implementation, design, development, marketing, consulting, or other additional work are nonrefundable once:

    • The service has been ordered;
    • Work has been scheduled;
    • Resources have been assigned;
    • Work has started;
    • A third-party cost has been incurred; or
    • A deliverable has been provided.

    This may include:

    • Custom website work;
    • Additional pages;
    • Custom workflows;
    • Custom automations;
    • Managed advertising;
    • Search-engine optimization;
    • Social-media services;
    • Content creation;
    • Additional onboarding;
    • Consulting;
    • Data migration;
    • Domain purchases;
    • Third-party software;
    • Integrations; and
    • Other work outside the standard Program scope.

    8. Third-Party Charges

    Third-party charges are nonrefundable through RV Surge.

    Third-party services may include:

    • Domain registrations;
    • Telephone carriers;
    • Email providers;
    • Payment processors;
    • Advertising platforms;
    • Artificial intelligence providers;
    • Software integrations;
    • Hosting providers;
    • Stock assets;
    • Plugins;
    • Applications; and
    • Other outside vendors.

    Third-party charges may also be subject to the third party’s own refund policy.

    RV Surge is not responsible for issuing refunds for amounts retained or charged by another provider.

    9. No Refunds Based on Business Results

    Surge Now, Pay Later does not guarantee:

    • Leads;
    • Bookings;
    • Paying customers;
    • Qualifying Customer Payments;
    • Revenue;
    • Profit;
    • Business success;
    • Advertising performance;
    • Search rankings;
    • Reviews;
    • Specific launch dates; or
    • Specific financial savings.

    A lack of desired business results does not create eligibility for a refund.

    The Participant’s results depend on factors that may include:

    • Effort;
    • Responsiveness;
    • Follow-through;
    • Customer service;
    • Market demand;
    • Location;
    • Competition;
    • Pricing;
    • Availability;
    • Service quality;
    • Seasonality;
    • Marketing decisions; and
    • Other circumstances outside RV Surge’s control.

    10. No Refunds for Failure to Participate

    Participants are responsible for actively participating in the Program.

    No refund will be provided because a Participant:

    • Misses an onboarding session;
    • Does not watch a recording;
    • Does not complete assigned work;
    • Does not provide requested business information;
    • Delays approvals;
    • Does not test the account;
    • Does not respond to communications;
    • Does not respond to leads;
    • Does not use the website, CRM, phone, calendar, or other tools;
    • Fails to maintain professional membership;
    • Fails to maintain insurance, licensing, or other business requirements; or
    • Otherwise does not take advantage of the Program.

    11. Cancellation

    Participants may request cancellation according to the RV Surge Terms of Service and any applicable enrollment agreement.

    Cancellation does not entitle the Participant to a refund.

    Upon cancellation:

    • Previously paid fees remain nonrefundable;
    • Previously incurred usage charges remain due;
    • Advertising and third-party costs remain due;
    • Completed or started custom work remains payable;
    • The current billing period is not prorated; and
    • Cancellation applies only to eligible future recurring charges.

    Participants should submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled billing date.

    RV Surge is not responsible for refunding a charge when a cancellation request was submitted after the charge was processed or too late to stop scheduled billing.

    12. Removal From the Program

    A Participant may be suspended or removed from Surge Now, Pay Later for reasons described in the Program Terms.

    Removal, suspension, loss of eligibility, or termination for breach does not entitle the Participant to a refund.

    This includes removal related to:

    • False or misleading information;
    • Failure to report a Qualifying Customer Payment;
    • Misrepresentation of a customer source;
    • Nonpayment;
    • Fraud;
    • Abuse of the platform;
    • Harassment;
    • Sharing confidential materials;
    • Illegal activity;
    • Unauthorized account access;
    • Reselling Program materials; or
    • Violating Program rules.

    Amounts already paid remain nonrefundable, and outstanding amounts remain due.

    13. Technical Issues and Third-Party Availability

    No refund will be issued solely because of:

    • Temporary service interruptions;
    • Scheduled maintenance;
    • Internet outages;
    • Telephone-carrier issues;
    • Email-delivery issues;
    • Third-party outages;
    • Advertising-platform restrictions;
    • Payment-processor issues;
    • Artificial intelligence errors;
    • Integration limitations;
    • Device incompatibility; or
    • Technical issues outside RV Surge’s reasonable control.

    RV Surge may attempt to correct material technical issues within its control.

    Where appropriate, RV Surge may provide additional access time, replacement services, or an account credit at its sole discretion. Such a remedy does not create a right to a cash refund.

    14. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

    This no-refund policy does not prevent RV Surge from correcting a verified billing error.

    Contact RV Surge within 30 calendar days if you believe that:

    • You were charged twice for the same item;
    • The charged amount was incorrect;
    • A canceled recurring service was charged after the effective cancellation date; or
    • A payment was applied to the wrong account.

    RV Surge will review the account and correct confirmed errors.

    A reversal of a verified duplicate or incorrect charge is considered a billing correction, not a discretionary refund.

    Failure to report an alleged billing error promptly may limit RV Surge’s ability to investigate it.

    15. Unauthorized Transactions

    If you believe a payment was made without authorization, contact RV Surge immediately at:

    support@rvsurge.com

    You must provide enough information for RV Surge to investigate the transaction.

    Nothing in this Refund Policy waives rights concerning genuinely unauthorized transactions that cannot legally be waived.

    16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

    Participants should contact RV Surge before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so the issue can be reviewed.

    Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel the account, terminate recurring billing, or eliminate amounts properly owed.

    If a chargeback is filed for a valid, authorized, and nonrefundable payment, RV Surge may:

    • Suspend the Participant’s account;
    • Pause services;
    • Remove the Participant from the Program;
    • Provide documentation to the payment processor;
    • Recover unpaid balances;
    • Recover chargeback fees where permitted; and
    • Require payment through another method before restoring service.

    Nothing in this section prevents a Participant from exercising payment-dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.

    17. Discretionary Account Credits

    RV Surge may, but is not required to, offer an account credit in unusual circumstances.

    Any credit:

    • Is provided at RV Surge’s sole discretion;
    • Does not create an obligation to provide future credits;
    • Has no cash value;
    • Cannot be exchanged for a refund;
    • May have an expiration date;
    • May be limited to specified services; and
    • May be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation.

    A discretionary credit does not change this no-refund policy.

    18. Exceptions Required by Law

    Nothing in this Refund Policy eliminates or restricts a refund, cancellation right, billing correction, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

    Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, RV Surge will provide only the remedy required by that law.

    All other payments remain final and nonrefundable.

    19. Relationship to Other Agreements

    This Refund Policy supplements:

    • The Surge Now, Pay Later Program Terms;
    • The RV Surge Terms of Service;
    • The RV Surge Privacy Policy;
    • The Anti-Spam Policy;
    • The Participant’s enrollment confirmation; and
    • Any signed service agreement.

    If another written agreement specifically provides a refund right that conflicts with this Refund Policy, the more specific written provision will control only for that transaction.

    Oral statements do not modify this Refund Policy.

    Any exception must be approved in writing by an authorized representative of RV Surge.

    20. Changes to This Policy

    RV Surge may update this Refund Policy prospectively.

    The version in effect when a payment is made will generally govern that payment unless:

    • A later change is required by law;
    • The Participant agrees to the revised terms; or
    • Another written agreement provides otherwise.

    The effective date and last-updated date will appear at the top of this page.
